Using the site

By using jerseyjunkies.io, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms may change over time — we’ll update this page when they do.

Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order isn’t final until payment clears.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that looks fraudulent, abusive, or mistakenly priced. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.
• Every jersey is printed to order. Once production starts, orders can no longer be modified. See our shipping page for current production times.

Returns, refunds, and defects

See our Refund Policy for the full details. In short: custom-printed items are final sale, but we replace defective, damaged, or misprinted jerseys at no cost.

Parody disclaimer

Jersey Junkies is a parody merchandise brand. All teams, leagues, players, and designers depicted on the site are fictional. Jersey Junkies is not affiliated with the NHL, the AHL, the real Wenatchee Wild, or any other real hockey league, team, or player. All designs are original parodies created for entertainment.

Content and copyright

All site content — including artwork, copy, logos, and photography — is owned by Jersey Junkies or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without written permission. You are welcome to share photos of your jersey on social media — in fact, please do, and tag us.

Custom name & number

If you add a custom name or number, you’re confirming you have the right to print it and that it isn’t someone else’s trademark. We reserve the right to refuse custom text that is hateful, infringing, or otherwise not something we want to put our name on. If we refuse, we’ll refund you.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate, secure, and working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
