Orders & production
How long until my jersey ships?
Every jersey is custom printed when you order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping takes another 7–14 business days. Total: roughly 2–3 weeks from order to door. Full timeline on our Shipping page.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate $5.99 to the US and Canada. Free shipping on orders of 3 or more jerseys. No surprise fees at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you email us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your jersey is in the print queue and we can’t stop it. Email orders@jerseyjunkies.io.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to the US and Canada only. International shipping is on the roadmap — email hello@jerseyjunkies.io to get notified when it opens up.
Product & sizing
What is the jersey made of?
100% recycled polyester knit with a full all-over print. Breathable, moisture-wicking, and lightweight — designed for real hockey play or wearing to the bar.
What sizes do you carry? Do they run true?
XS through 3XL. Unisex fit that runs true to size for most people. Every product page has a full size chart under “Product details.” If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my jersey?
Machine wash cold inside out on gentle, tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print, and skip the dry cleaner. Full care instructions on every product page.
Can I add my own name and number?
Yes. On any product page, use the name and number fields before adding to cart. It’s a $5 upcharge and gets printed on the back in the team’s jersey style. Custom jerseys are final sale, so please double-check spelling.
Are these real NHL or AHL jerseys?
No. Jersey Junkies is a parody brand. All teams, players, and the "Artificial Hockey League" are fictional. We're not affiliated with the NHL, the real AHL, or any real team — we're fans making jerseys for other fans.
Returns & support
What if my jersey arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ll replace it or refund you — your choice, no questions asked. Email orders@jerseyjunkies.io within 30 days with your order number and a photo. See our refund policy for details.
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every jersey is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
How fast do you respond to emails?
We reply to every support email within 1–2 business days. Order issues take priority.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe with end-to-end encryption. We never see or store your card details.

Who are the Artificial League designers?
A fictional rotating crew of parody beer-leaguers who “design” the jerseys. You can meet them on the Designers page.
