What we cover

Every jersey is custom printed just for you, so we don’t accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind. We do replace or refund any jersey that arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Misprinted (wrong design, wrong colors, wrong player)
  • With a manufacturing defect (loose stitching, fading, missing panels)
  • Wrong size vs. what was ordered
  • Not delivered after the carrier marks it delivered, once we’ve investigated with the carrier

What we don’t cover

  • Ordered the wrong size — please check the size chart before ordering
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Custom name and number typos — please double-check spelling at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage from improper washing or drying (see care instructions on product pages)

How to file a claim

  1. Email orders@jerseyjunkies.io within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem.
  3. We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Most claims are resolved within a week.
  4. If approved, you’ll get a replacement shipped to the same address at no charge, or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Order cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel orders within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that, your jersey is already in the print queue. Email orders@jerseyjunkies.io as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
