Who we are

Jersey Junkies is an independent parody merchandise brand based in Wenatchee, Washington, USA. When we say “we” or “us” below, we mean Jersey Junkies.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, shipping address, email, and the items you ordered. We need this to print and ship your jersey.
• Payment information: payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe returns us a token and a confirmation.
• Newsletter email: if you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send drop announcements.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages get traffic. This includes your approximate location, device type, and pages visited. It does not include your name or email.

How we use it

• To produce, ship, and support your order.
• To send you order confirmation and shipping updates.
• To send you newsletters if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam.
• To improve the site based on aggregated analytics.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the vendors we need to fulfill your order and run the site:

• Printful — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. They receive the order details needed to print and ship your jersey.
• Stripe — our payment processor.
• Google Analytics — site analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@jerseyjunkies.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for the shopping cart, basic site functionality, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the cart may not work if you do.
