Shipping
Production time
Every jersey is custom printed when you order it. Production takes 3–5 business days before it ships. Custom name & number orders are printed in the same window.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days after production. Total: roughly 2–3 weeks from order to door. Remote addresses can take a few extra days.
Shipping cost
Flat rate $5.99 to the US and Canada. Free shipping on orders of 3 or more jerseys. No surprises at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping is on the roadmap — email us if you want to be notified when it goes live.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your jersey ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 5 business days of ordering. If it’s still missing, email orders@jerseyjunkies.io and we’ll resend.
Returns & replacements
Defects & printing errors
If your jersey arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost or refund you in full — your choice. Email orders@jerseyjunkies.io within 30 days with a photo and your order number.
Size & style returns
Because each jersey is printed on demand just for you, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check the size chart on every product page before ordering — when in doubt, size up.
Custom name & number
Custom jerseys are final sale. Double-check spelling before checkout. If the error is on our end, we’ll replace it free — see the defect policy above.
Cancellations
We can cancel an order within the first 24 hours. After that, your jersey is in the print queue. Email us as soon as possible if you need to change anything.
